Overall it went OK was meant to be a home vist but on day of arrival was asked to go to local depot because of adverse weather coming that morning,only gripe was it was blazing sunshine with no rain forecast for days.

I had a windscreen replaced ...
Although the depot was gearing up for the day ahead with vans full of windscreens, I was greeted when I arrived. After checking my details, I was informed how long the windscreen replacement would take. The manager was very friendly and efficient. The replacement eventually took three hours, an hour less than expected. Absolutely recommended!

Had to go to depot because van didnt…
Had to go to depot because van didnt carry gazebo, offered him to do work in garage but didnt. Offered to repair the windscreen when I had paid for replacement screen.

Winscreen de-contamination
Called off for guidance as a recent dusting of an unknown substance whilst visiting a building site had ruined my windscreen & I simply couldn't get it off with any cleaning agent I'd got in my garage. Sam in reception looked it over & rather than charge me £40 for a bottle of agent that I'd never finish; simply rolled up his sleeves & together with me, did the job in about 5 mins. Very impressed & pleased with the outcome. Have previously used this company for a windcreen re-seal & they were really helpful then also.
