Fast and excellent service
Fast and excellent service, still can’t believe I logged on , on the saterday and got booked in on the the following Tuesday. Dropped it off at 8:30 and got a call before 12 saying that the windscreen had been replaced

Repair well carried out
The technician called ahead with an ETA which was accurate. He was very competent and completed the replacement explaining how to treat the repair to ensure it was ready for the road.

Staff at Elgin were excellent which…
Staff at Elgin were excellent which made up for poor service from contact centre who appeared inexperienced and processes were poor. In the end the local texhnicians saved the day.

Got my car in the garage pretty quickly…
Got my car in the garage pretty quickly for a windscreen repair. Work carried out was good on the windscreen but we're unable to recalibrate the ADAS camera which brings up several faults when starting the car

Excellent service
Technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the process of replacing the windscreen and how they had to calibrate the camera. He contacted me as he said he would when my car was ready to collect. Very pleased with the service.
