Needed 2 visits to get my windscreen fixed
Had to make 2 visits in order to get my windscreen fixed. This was because having travelled for 45 minutes, been booked in, walked in the rain 20 minutes into town for a coffee and whilst drinking it was called to say the windscreen was faulty! Guy said the windscreen had on site for 2 days which means no one had bothered to check it and cancel rearrange the appointment or check it out on the morning before I had arrived or checked it before I went on my walk into town! Had to rearrange a date a couple of weeks later. Not impressed so my score is generous

Replacement Windscreen, my insurance company said I had to…
When my insurance company said I had to go to Pindar road which was near to me,I went in to see When they could fit me in,they gave me a date,and I asked if a cancellation came up to contact me, which they did,they was very polite, friendly and informative, a really nice staff,
