Overall
Overall, good. But getting in touch to speak to a person after making the appointment was impossible. No one answered the phone. Too much reliance put on the automated system and the internet.

I dropped the car off at the required…
I dropped the car off at the required time. The staff Very friendly. I was told how long the job would take and that i would receive an email and text when the job was completed of which they did. It was a straight forward process and would use again.

Repair did not work
Used before when side window broken into, great..
This time Chip in windscreen repair did not work. Contacted N. W. and took the car to there depot. Repaired with little apology after I'd taken my car to them.
Bit casual as if they were doing me a favour.

Professional staff
Professional staff, polite and courteous however the new windscreen was found to be damaged when removed from the rack, replacement arrived several hours later meaning I was without my vehicle from 9am until 4.15pm.
