Booking the appointment was very easy…
Booking the appointment was very easy and confirmation was sent. The windscreen replacement was satisfactory however since it was done my screen washer no longer works. They have either trapped or disconnected the washer pipe. I’ll be taking this up with their manager.

Friendly staff great service very professional service.
Only slight negative was email asking to pay my insurance excess before job was done. Which may be common practice but think it would have been better to do the job first.

Professionals
I had my windscreen replaced at national Windscreens and I haven’t had any issues with it. The old windscreen had a chip which affected the calibration and wipers operation in automatic. That has then worked well since replacing the windscreen.
