Nobody knows what's going on
I had to arrange to speak to six different people to deal with the appointment to replace a rear windscreen. Each time I had to wait for an hour to speak to someone. To check the appointment one of the operators tried to speak to the engineer and the local branch both did not answer. After waiting a week unsure whether the fitter would be available he rang to say he was half an hour away.

Was such an easy process
Was such an easy process. Dropped off went shopping started heading back and recieved message on route that work was completed. Was so quick and stressfree. Staff were lovely and efficient. Gave me aftercare advise.

Had a chipped windscreen after storm…
Had a chipped windscreen after storm Claudia, was insured and the process was quick and easy, I took a picture of said chip and after initially coming to repair the chip they booked it in for a new windscreen replacement, this was all done at my house. Very grateful and thanks again.

New windscreen
2 very helpful and friendly technicians fitted my new windscreen at my home. Was kept informed before my appointment as to when they were expecting to arrive. Fitting was speedy and with attention to detail. I was given advice after the fitting as to what I should and shouldn't do for the next few days. Fast and efficient service. Thank you!

Clearly managed and exceeded my expectations from drop off time, through to pick up and measures to be followed to maximise the drying time for the screen adhesive.
