Our technician was Jake Adams.
Jake turned up exactly when he said he would, he was extremely polite and professional.
Jake was amazing, he spoke to me and told me how brilliant the company he worked for was, how they invested in the team and how well he was treat.
At some stage we have all worked for companies that are lacking insight and do not bother to invest in their people, so not only was Jake a credit to the company, I would also recommend the company due to Jake’s integrity.
We cannot recommend them enough, and Jake was just brilliant.
Highly recommend, and thank you Jake.

Windscreen change
Came to my home to do a whole windscreen change. Arrived in the time slot I chose and I'm very happy with the result. Great service, took around an hour and was very respectable and careful with my car.

The guys at Saxilby, Lincoln were amazing. When I was stranded with 2 dogs in the middle of nowhere because Uber wouldn't take the dogs I paid for (pet service) they made sure I got back to the accommodation before ringing me a few hours later to let me know my windscreen was done and the car ready for pick up. Brilliant guys, thank you!

The staff were great but the location is rubbish…
The staff were great but the location is on an industrial park with nothing close by!! Luckily my wait was only 2hrs 20 mins but they say to allow 4 hours! 🙁

Location is too remote
Location is too remote. Cannot deliver or collect car without someone to take you there as middle of nowhere so will not reinsure car with company who uses remote service providers. Don’t think the address on this website is even updated to the current location!
Would be nice to get a window that is properly clean not drive away with big rings where stickers peeled
