Efficient, personable, and successful
Daren was very efficient and personable. He also, appropriately, informed me of the potential risks (the windscreen might crack). He was successful in achieving the chip repair and had, validly, informed me that it would be a repair, but not be a cosmetic fix.

Replacement Windscreen
My original date for the windscreen replacement was brought forward by a day, which was great.The original rubber seal on the drivers side was damaged during the replacement, but the next day I got a call and the technician brought a new one to my place of work and fitted it. Brilliant! I would have given 5 stars but my technician was late on the morning I dropped my car off, meaning I and the driver picking me up had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before being seen by another technician. I also had to phone to find out that my car was ready to collect 4 and a half hours later because I hadn’t received a call from National Windscreens. I would still highly recommend National Windscreens and would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to.

The work was carried out as required and Chris whom dealt with me was professional and courteous. The new screen was fitted and the calibration work was completed in the time stated, the only minor complaint would be was that the inside of the screen was very smeary once I hit sun on the way home, it was a shame it was not cleaned thoroughly, but overall delighted
