Excellent service all round. Booking process quick and easy. Staff very polite, friendly and professional in their approach and customer care.
I was kept very well informed and updated throughout the process. The fitter was very helpful in providing guidance on where nearby to go to pass the time. All work carried out professionally and on time. Cleanliness upon completion of the job was excellent. A very satisfying service and highly recommended.

Appointment was between 09:00 and 16:30 and I was contacted to say the technician would be arriving in the afternoon. He got to me at 16:30 and after confirming that the windscreen would have to be changed, he started work. It took 1 hour to complete the job which was to very good standard. Given that it was late afternoon and 29C in full sunshine, he was calm, collected and very polite and personable. Couldn’t wish for a better experience, just a shame i don’t know his name to give him a personal recommendation! Well done to the technician and National Windscreens for an excellent service.

I was half an hour early and the technician was very pleasant and helpful. He started my job within 15 minutes and replaced my windscreen efficiently within 2 hours. Very satisfied customer.
