Excellent Service and Smooth Booking Experience
The online booking process was very straightforward. I didn’t even need to contact my insurance company, as my policy details were located instantly and the appointment was made straight away. Communication throughout was clear and informative. I was told exactly what to expect during the repair and how long it would take. Overall, a brilliant and efficient service.

I'm happy with the final glass…
I'm happy with the final glass fitting, but the scheduling experience was frustrating. While the initial cancellation due to technician sickness was understandable, the rescheduled appointment was poorly managed. The technician was late and repeatedly gave inaccurate "5 minutes" arrival updates, which was disruptive. Going forward, your team needs to ensure that customers are given accurate, real-time delay estimates so they can plan their time accordingly.

Booked in fir 12.30 told it will take 4…
Booked in fir 12.30 told it will take 4 hours even tho Iv Had lots in past fitted and they never took 2 hours. Cars come and left while I waited they took my car in at 2.45 was in for hour and done just by 4.00
Why not just book me in for 2.00 I know some cars need calibrating mine obviously never so I don’t get it
