I had to have my window screen completely replaced. It took a while to get an appointment, but once booked in they team seemed efficient. You can wait at the depot or walk in to Southampton. L

Unfortunately came back from holiday to…
Unfortunately came back from holiday to notice a massive crack in the windscreen so had to get a replacement asap.
Getting a date and time at a close location was quite awkward through National Windscreens and they wanted a window of keeping the car for several hours which wasn't ideal. However, when I turned up the gentleman that was doing the work was great; very polite and helpful and got to work quickly. He gets top marks but the booking system need improvement I feel.
