Technician was very helpful and friendly and guided me through the whole process from start to finish. No time was wasted and my car was bavk in great time fully repaired, clean and tidy. Excellent service all round.

Terrible experience
Firstly, National Windscreens delayed my initial appointment to replace a shattered rear side window, which was a two weeks wait. Now it is a 4 week wait.
Secondly, I authorised excess payment of £115 up front, only for them to take £135 out of my bank.
I called to ask the reason and they were not able to give me one. I asked to be refunded the difference and have still not received it. Nor has anyone tried to contact me with an apology or a refund.
This despite two further phone calls and an email.
Avoid this company.

Fast and efficient. Technicians are good but the materials used are not OEM quality. Had my windscreen replaced and the fittings inside didn't match the OE. So it looks bad.
