The service was prompt with the repair…
The service was prompt with the repair technician polite and friendly. The chip was appropriately 20mm which needed addressing to reduce the risk of further spread and possible damage. Following the repair the chip was filled however an area was left with a distortion of around 40mm similar to a fish eye lens. Not in the main driving view, but a significant distraction nonetheless. Due to this it will likely require a replacement of the screen.

Great service, took care with the replacement and cleaned and vacuumed well.
Waiting room could of been better if more comfortable, 2 hours a long time to wait on hard chairs

Ok in the end.
The new windscreen was fitted quickly and efficiently. However the sensor for my wipers was not working. It took two more visits for the problem to be rectified.
