No stress replacement windscreen.
The guys were friendly helpful and gave lots of information for aftercare of having a replacement screen. It took less time than originally quoted in the text messages which was a bonus. They sent regular reminders for the appointment booked. Very happy with the service.

I had a very positive experience …
I had a very positive experience from the initial phone call through to the completion of the repair. I called while working away, as my car was parked on a campus. The driver, Daniel, went above and beyond—he had to stop at security to collect the key and locate the car in a busy area, yet nothing was too much trouble.
He kept me informed throughout and provided helpful feedback on the repair. Overall, a smooth and professional service—I would definitely use them again.

Because your technician came to repair…
Because your technician came to repair a small chip and he unfortunately cracked my windscreen causing me having to drive 20 miles to Taunton and 20 miles back home wait 2.5 hours for the windscreen to be replaced and it cost me £60 excess. The technician who replaced the windscreen was really professional and very good. A nice person and a credit to your company.

I sadly had to visit the taunton branch on a few occasions and the manager was amazing keeping me updated with everything going on as my window are hard to get
