Good Efficient service
Efficient was completed in an hour and a half, polite windscreen technicians. I was there before time and they started straight away, also gave me directions into town so I could get some lunch as unfamiliar with the area

Despite being given a pm time slot I…
Despite being given a pm time slot I received an email saying it would be done between 9-5 and on the day I would receive a link to track the technician on the day but didn’t receive one.
When I called the call centre to check on this I was told I probably won’t receive one as it was a pm slot. The person I was speaking to was quite rude in here communication with me.
The technicians eventually called to say they would be with me within that hour once they arrived they worked very promptly. They left tape on my screen without any explanation so I just left it there for a couple of days and removed it.

Do not use this organisation.
After the new windscreen was fitted the windscreen washers were not reconnected. The car was returned to us unsafe, which was confirmed by the garage we take our car to for service.
We are currently trying to speak to someone about the situation with no success. We have phoned at least six times. We have recorded all details of our experience and will be taking this further.
This company returned a car that was not safe to drive, placing lives at risk.

Great efficient service
Great efficient service. Lovely friendly guys. There’s nothing to do close by though so I walked into town which was a good 20-25 mins each way but killed the time.
