My first appointment was cancelled on…
My first appointment was cancelled on the day due to damaged glass being delivered. I was thankfully booked in the following day (Friday) as I was travelling to Torquay that night. The fitting took less than an hour and the staff there were amazing. My only concern was that I tried to contact where I was having the glass fitted multiple times over the 2 days and the phone was never answered. The phone actually rang while I was in the reception on the day of fitting and there were at least three members of staff just standing about and no one attempted to answer it.

High praise for the job completed
The men who came out to complete the work did a fantastic job and explained everything and kept me updated at all times. The work was a high level when finished and had been cleaned so well. They were very polite and courteous and respectful. The person who had booked the appointment on the phone again was polite and informative on how things worked.

The company kept me informed, the fitter was on time and did a great job. He was polite & friendly and only took an hour :)
I am not sure which depot dealt with mine, it might have been Worcester.

Poor service and care for brand new vehicle
Booked appointment to drop off my van at 8:30/9am. The friday before my Monday booking, appointment drop off changed to 11am. My company planned my day around dropping the van off at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:30 and they said they had room to start me asap which was good. Reception guy was chatty, waiting room seats were very hard. Left van with them. Collected van after confimed finished by text. Van seat had the fabric pulled. All mark on the dash. The van is 26 plate with 1k on the clock. No response from logging the damage with them. Van was left dirty, brand new van and all the black sealant which had been cut from around the window was on the floor. Took two days after fitting for my automatic wipers to start working correctly? I did clean the sensor. Customer service was poor.
