Crazy expensive!

The Clockwork Pharmacy at Deal, Kent, is one of the best I have visited. The staff are both friendly and helpful and the pharmacy is extremely well stocked but if an item is out of stock the usually can order and it is there the following day. The pharmacy also provide Covid and flu injections as well as those required for overseas holiday trips.

I ordered and paid for medication which never arrived. I keep sending emails and attempting to contact them with no response. What company requires people to send photo identification like this to place an order. I've used online pharmacies before and I never have and never would agree to this.

I am sick and tired of this company continually sending me unrequested, unwarranted and unwanted emails. I have tried and failed to get them to stop but they persist in this infuriating behaviour which, in my opinion, is an invasion of my privacy

Yet another update. It has now been 18 days.

No refund. The company say that PayPal is at fault.
I am not letting this go.
I must advise people not to do any business with this company.

UPDATE - I have had a furious representative of PayPal on the phone. After a long, long conversation I made the suggestion that it might be possible for a transaction to be refunded simply by its never having taken place.
The amount never seemed to me to have been debited. In fact, it had not been debited. Therefore, it could not have been refunded, as it never took place. Seriously?
I am now despairing of the banking system. I am not a banker, yet it was I who figured out the answer, in the end.
As for "MedsNow" - they refused to send me medication unless I sent them a picture of my driving licence. They also insisted that all online pharmacies do this (which they don't) so I am still hopping mad about the whole thing.

Delivery arrived with 13 items missing due to lack of stock.
Note handwritten on packing list saying a refund would be issued. Waiting!
