AVOID NATIONWIDE PHARMACIES !!!!!
Delivery is stressful enough, but when you go somewhere else for a better service trying to get your refund back is like getting blood from a stone. They took my money on the 16th and they still have not refunded it, even worse ( Katy Waterson) customer service and other employees do not ever return messages, 3 days and nothing heard so far, honestly, avoid this company !

Avoid this company like the plague I placed my order a week ago today and still on hold.message them and they do not answer back used this company as hard to see my gp as have a disabled daughter this company has put me off using any online pharmacy again avoid avoid avoid.wonder how long I will have to wait for a refund

First order nightmare
Placed a first time order over the weekend of which the money has been taken.
Provided all of the information they have asked for, and they have ignored my emails enquiring about my order.
Currently states on hold, but has been on hold now 48 hours.
Pretty sure I am going to have to contact my card company to source a refund and what worries me even more is they have a copy of my photographic ID along with personal details.
Avoid.

Order was never dispatched
I cannot give a review of the services because the item I ordered wasn't dispatched even 9 days after I ordered it. I was forced to go elsewhere for my medication and have asked them for a refund.
