We are sorry that you were upset about having to provide ID.
I can confirm that all regulated UK online pharmcaies are required to ask for patient ID.
If you have dealt with a phamracy that isnt' asking for ID then you can be asssured that they are not a regulated pharmacy.

Been 3 days still no movement got to…
Been 3 days still no movement got to post it yet I'm on holiday so ordered free delivery I thought don't need them until I get back easy be there for when I get home tomorrow.just getting annoyed now first order is well not of to a good start

I don't appreciate hard sell or persistent phone calls resulting from my data having been sold to another company called Pharma UK
Ironically, I wouldn't have made this public were it not for the trustpilot prompt to review.
I don't appreciate hard sell, unsolicited calls which masquerade as a call from Nationwide Pharmacies when, in reality, they have sold my data to a company called Pharma UK. The salesman would not take no for an answer until I had shelled out £89 for his snake oil (sorry, I mean cbd oil). Number now blocked as he said he would call me again in 2 weeks. No thank you.

Firstly let me put the record straight your details have not been sold to another company. Pharma-UK.com is our Natural Health products site owned by Nationwide Pharmacies.
Our CEO David is passionate about spreading the word about how CBD oil helped him. The purpose of the advisory team telephoning people is simply to spread the word about how good our product is. They are not supposed to be putting pressure on anybody. The product is a very high quality oil that David himself uses to considerable benefit to his health.
There will be an investigation into what went wrong in this case and people will be reprimanded if they have gone beyond their advisory role.
If you have not opened the product and it is still in its original packaging please return it to us and we will give you a full refund, once the product has been received.

Failed Next Day Delivery, Ignored Messages
I ordered an item for next day delivery well before the cut off (paying extra for the service, I might add!).
When the item didn’t arrive the next day I logged into the site to see that the order hadn’t even been dispatched yet.
I contacted NationWide Pharmacies and didn’t receive any reply, but noticed the order suddenly changed status to dispatched within an hour or so.
I contacted NationWide Pharmacies twice in the days afterwards and received no refund for failed Next Day postage or even a reply to my complaint.
Ironically, they were the ones that sent an automated message to review my experience on TrustPilot. If only they’d had the courtesy to reply to my messages themselves.
