zeitnahe Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nach 3 Tagen kam alles gut verpackt bei mir an, es ist schön zu wissen, dass man mit den Naturally - Produkten gutes für seinen Körper tut und somit auch kein schlechtes Gewissen haben muss

Der Bestellvorgang ist super einfach und man ist immer auf dem Laufenden, was mit der Bestellung gerade passiert. Ich habe schon oft bei Naturally Pam bestellt und war noch nie enttäuscht, weder von den Produkten noch vom Service. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich kann nur positiv berichten.
Sehr zügige Bearbeitung und vollständige Lieferung. Sehr frische Wahre mit langer Haltbarkeit.
Verpackung war etwas zu groß aus meiner Sicht, aber das ist generell ja schwierig. Wichtig ist, das die Verpackung zu recyceln ist, und das ist sie.

Two damaged deliveries
My experience with Naturally Pam was very disappointing. I waited over six weeks for my order, but both delivery attempts arrived with severely damaged packaging. I had to refuse delivery both times because I couldn’t risk accepting damaged products.
After the second failed delivery, the company informed me that they would issue a refund instead of sending another replacement.
I don’t know whether the issue was caused by inadequate packaging or by UPS handling the parcels, but receiving two damaged shipments in a row is unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait over a month and a half only to end up without their order.
I hope the company improves its packaging and shipping process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Ich bin der Marke treu
Bei mir kam bisher jede Lieferung zuverlässig und relativ zügig an, ich bestelle ca. 1 Mal pro Monat, da die Produkte auch glutenfrei sind, was für mich durch meine Glutenunverträglichkeit sehr wichtig ist. Die Produkte sind top, einige enthalten allerdings nur etwas zu viel Zucker für das Ziel, welches die Marke nach außen repräsentiert, meiner Meinung nach.

I love love the spreads and the most of…
I love love the spreads and the most of the hair products. Amazing job! However, some of the hair products arrived either already expired or with an expiration date that is less than a month away. Another very frustrating issue is the expensive shipping fee for European countries (around €15). This wouldn't be a problem if UPS Spain actually worked well, but that’s not the case. I have a delivery issue absolutely every single time.

Herzhaft Top, Nut Clusters Flop
Die herzhaften Riegel sind tatsächlich super lecker - hier wären 5 Sterne verdient. Aber die Nut Clusters Peanut Zimt (zum Glück kostenfrei durch einen Rabattcode!) sind für die Tonne. Schmeckt einfach nur alt und muffig - 0 Sterne.
