I found very few referrals in 10 years. More clients came through word of mouth from clients. The cost for website every year never covered the clientele referral, so through the cost of living crisis, was one financial commitment I did not need.

The practitioner I contacted did not respond.

I have found having Japanese acupuncture treatments have helped with my arthritis and clearing energies that have been stuck. John is amazing in what he does. He has years of knowledge regarding so much on healing. I am still going because there is more to be done regarding my physical health. I have only been a couple of times and I have been so happy with the results. I highly recommend John.

They have been less than helpful. We hear nothing unless they want your new subscription and of course it always goes up. They stuffed up my new subscription payment. They never come back to you re how can we help improve your site, help get more clients, nothing. I'm fed up and pisssed off. I have been with them for many years, tragic.

Trying to update the listing on Natural therapy pages is such a difficult process. The customer support don't provide the necessary information, its almost like they just provide a canned response and don't actually address the query.

If you're a health professional, don't waste your time or money, the return and absence of support isn't worth the fee.

Book arrived a couple of days ago and I have had a couple of reads now. It appears to be well put together and easily accessible to simple recipes and photos of the items used. I think I will be able to improve my health significantly. Thank you

Providing a wide variety of health care options to choose from. Fast response time. Website navigation was easy.

During the Easter break there was an issue with the emails going through ,I wasn't able to arrange pick up of medication ,it was very inconvenient.

As a practitioner, they kept jacking up the price from $500 to $600 to $700 per year with absolutely no upgrades to their very old website. It used to be good, but now they seem to be extracting more cash from practitioners for no capital investment.

As a small business owner I am disappointed in how expensive this service is, for how little it gives.
Over my 4 month time investing in this service there were no leads generated. Once I made a complaint, a very suspicious lead ironically phones me. With no follow up or contact following.

Second to this when I canceled my subscription I then had to spend hours of my time to be able to cancel due to the back and forth of the special offers that try to keep the subscription alive.

After a lengthy phone call I was then able to finally cancel however was charged a non negotiable fee of over $200.

Another part that I didn’t like about this subscription is that it now requires a full digital ID registration.

The group recommended for me never bothered to get back to me. Several recommendation were not on track for what I needed.
