I was able to get Magnesium Soothe that I had been using for several years at good price on a special buy 3 get 5 offer, with free shipping. I grabbed this deal because the product had been out of stock for many months.
The bad news is that I didn't receive a shipping update until the day it was to be delivered.
Also, the order page asked if I wanted to use the Shop Runner App to track my order. I had never heard of this service and I had no interest in it, so I selected NO, I didn't want to use it. Despite that I've been constantly spammed with ads from Shop Runner ever since I placed my order in several email accounts, including ones that I never used for my order.
That is totally unacceptable! Obviously, Nature's Lab shared my email info with this company despite my not wanting to use it.
I love Nature's Lab products, but they need to ditch whatever Shop Runner is and just email their customers the package tracking number as soon as it's generated so we know when to expect the package.

I received vitamin C 1000mg 120 capsules.
The product smells rancid.

I have been buying the healthcare products from Dr. Vita/Nature's Lab for years because of the product quality, communication and customer service. However, to use the loyalty program and free shipping, a cell phone service is required, and I am not a user. It would be helpful if a confirmation response could also be sent via email. Perhaps it might open up more users.

Just found this company for some regular supplements I've been using. I found the customer service to be top notch and the quality superior to what I had been using. I will continue to using more Nature's Lab products in the future.

When I order on the natures lab app or website it is always a great experience. All products are easy to find. Checkout and payment process is very smooth. The customer is always sent sufficient emails regarding the delivery and product stats. The delivery was earlier than expected. I was pleasantly surprised.

My order was shipped to an old address out of state. I panicked. I left messages and an email requesting it be changed. Initially they had told me that i would have to call fedex and have them reroute it. Based on settings, however, only natures lab had that authority.when I called them back they collaborated. They found out what needed to be done and were very helpful. Everyone I spoke with was respectful, patient and caring. They got the job done. That’s so refreshing and I am so grateful.
