I customized my fiancé’s ring almost 3 years ago and it came out prettier than I thought. Everything was seamless and when I contacted customer service, they answered every questions I asked in a timely manner. It would have been 5 stars but unfortunately my fiancé’s ring isn’t circle anymore. After 2 years just for wearing it on a daily basis, her ring is almost in an oval shape. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen since she doesn’t really do anything that would turn it into that shape. I did reach out to get it fixed but it’s a bit pricey to just get the right shape. 5 stars for customer service though.

Looks good, and then the diamonds fall out. The process of getting it repaired is time consuming and they do not absorb the cost of shipping. I've already done this once and then the SAME DIAMOND fell out again. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Looks good when you first buy it. Takes less than a year for diamonds to fall out.

I guess naturesparkle is the best way to go if you really want a piece of jewelry that is worth to buy for. I remember looking at these types of stores when I don't have much money.
