I have been shopping here for years, and always receive over and above customer service, and they will always give you guidance before you buy, so if buying a present, message them if you're not sure on look, sizing etc. If you want to know how passionate they are about what they do, read their store history. My husband recently bought me a valentine's gift from here. Although the wrong item arrived the subsequent service I received was second to none. A replacement item was sourced and despatched promptly. They were communicative and helpful throughout. A great example of what good customer service should look like and beautiful quality product. Will definitely buy from them again.

Always a great service from NK, and an amazing and ever changing choice of products. However, for my latest purchase Sarah really raised the bar on customer service. She noticed a problem the delivery option I had chosen which I hadn't realised was only a Monday-Friday service. She picked this up, notified me and arranged to swap to a cheaper delivery method which meant the garments arrived on Saturday, less than 24 hours after I had ordered and in time for the weekend. Let the fun begin!!!

Such great customer service when we had an issue with a swimsuit. We received a very fast response, were updated on the discussions NK was having with the manufacturer and a replacement was promptly arranged. Sarah from NK could not have done more or been more friendly and communicative. They managed to turn an issue with a designer product into a very positive consumer experience! Nice work NK. :)

I was keen to buy something a bit special for my birthday but had no idea of sizing, I received amazing customer support which answered all of my pre sale questions! I was very nervous shopping from this site after seeing the other reviews on here. But I'm so glad I tried it out! I ordered a bra and thong by the brand agent provocateur on the naughty knickers site and it was shipped very quickly and arrived quickly. I think it was about a 10 day turnaround all together which is very impressive since they ship from the UK and I'm in the US. The set was wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a small, secure box and it's exactly what I ordered. The set is gorgeous! I'll definitely shop with them again, it was a great experience

I bought Wolford Neon 40 tights worth 40 quids. They came in an old product packaging that is no longer used and on top of that tights had two runs on them. They literally sold me a very old Wolford tights 😅At least delivery was fast.

Tights looks nothing like the images on the website. I am thoroughly disappointed. Good money was paid as well. A total rip off!

Ordered a body suit that was nearly £150. Worried about some of the poor reviews/lack of them but the quality was excellent, delivery was quick. No reason to fault this small business. Don’t understand the reviews commenting on poor quality- this retailer does not make the products, they sell a range. I like that there is one place that has a variety of middle end and high end choice.

I paid €313.50 in duty tax on top of a €846.40 order, no indication or estimate of the total amount of taxes that had to be paid upon arrival when placing the order. The items were poor quality. Later on I asked for my invoice twice because I have made this purchase using my business account and I needed it for accounting purposes. No response, even though they are obligated to provide one. To avoid!

Appalling customer service, rude and utterly delusional - any complaint is not only ignored but is treated as a hostile act! Please do not bother - MOVE ON

And their response below is an example of their delusionary psychosis... "Swearing" for them means demanding to get your order (or your money back) after one week of inactivity.

That psycho named below, apparently believes the public is there to subsidise her "hobby"... AVOID!!!!

Very good service, with attention to detail and rapid processing of returns. The selection of lingerie is excellent, and I have bought my wife many lovely items Thoroughly recommended

So I accidentally ordered the incorrect size I emailed them about an hour later to discuss no response at all. The item arrived wouldn't have been keeping it anyway cheap looking rubbish. Only good points are fast delivery and fast refund. Wouldn't buy anything again.

I totally messed up my order, but Naughty Knickers sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. They also, made sure my package made the Valentine's Day deadline I was worried about. Genuinely the best customer service I have encountered from an online store. They have a new loyal customer. I definitely would recommend them!
