Blood pressure device did not connect via Bluetooth
I ordered an Omron blood pressure device with the intention of logging the trend via Omron connect software. However NavaFresh sent me an Asian/Pacific version of the device which did not connect to the European mandated version of the connection software. The help was not useful (maybe AI generated) and the company did not respond to request to replace the blood pressure device with a the version intended for the European market. Just wasting a lot of time trying to make Bluetooth connections when the device was designed to only work in regions where it was marketed.
