The component for holding the Garmin Varia
Light fit beautifully on my Factor OV’s seat post. Very clean look complementing the frame’s design.

However, it would have been helpful if a small Allen wrench had been provided, as my Park wrench moved too much to work on the small sized deeply recessed closure.

I have had two Garmin Varia mounts for separate bikes. The first one cracked and they sent me a new one free of change. The second for my SL8 has been excellent so far.

Mount poorly manufactured, had to file both ends of the mount to make it fit the post correctly, otherwise it could have been damaged due to flex of the post and the bad fit. Seatpost addict Rc insert mount

Your answer regarding my mail was to tighten the bolts and it will fit correctly. There is no difference if the seatpost is installed or not. The product does not fit correctly.

Great products, good quality and reasonably priced. Good service as well. The only minor point I could make (but maybe that’s the logistics company’s job) was that the Track & trace was not very specific, so the delivery date was a bit of a guess.

Been waiting for them to release a radar seat post for my Basso. Finally was able to purchase one and it’s a nice piece. Looks good and fits well. Haven’t had a chance to ride the bike yet but I’m sure it will do its job.

hält sich nicht an gesetze zum verbraucherschutz und noch weniger an eigene zusagen: sattelstützenhalterung für mein rennrad aus liste gewählt -- passt nicht. antwort neatcomponents: passt ja auch nicht zu garmin. hohn statt kommunikation. retoure? auf eigene kosten! erstattung? trotz retoure keine erstattung, keine antwort. fühlt sich offensichtlich durch die landesgrenze vor ausländischen kunden geschützt

Excellent produit et service client réactif !

Op zich ziet het er goed uit, maar het materiaal is veel te breekbaar. Nog geen jaar later en de mount is reeds gebroken. Nogthans niet te vast aangedraaid, maar deze mounts zijn niet bestand tegen de Vlaamse kasseiwegen.

Neat Components heeft me gecontacteerd en ze zullen me een nieuw exemplaar opsturen. Goede service van Neat Components!
