the product is cheap and poorly made. does not work as advertised. it is not rechargeable. when you try to return pursuant to their 30 day guarantee, they do n and then they take not refund the warranty and or shipping and they try to take a 15% restocking fee!

I purchased one over 2 weeks ago because from their website they sounded like a good American company who would ship fast. I heard nothing the first week....now I'm really *#@ off. I emailed and simply asked WHERE does my order stand? When is it being shipped?? When do I get a tracking number?? First they say there was a problem that they were working on. A canned response. I wrote them back...what problem?? What's causing this hold up?? Another canned response about them working sooooo hard to get my order out. So I simply reply back and say. You know what? Cancel this order and I expect a full refund put back on my card. Then I get this...Oh this has ALREADY left the warehouse so it can't be refunded. OMG,...NOW IM LOSING IT. I reply, ok so if it's shipped WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER?? To make a long story short, no shipping #, no tracking # nothing. So I'm taking my complaints to as many outlets possible, here, consumer protection, and the Attorney General of PA. And I informed them of this. They have NO idea what I can and will do if my money is not refunded. Buyer beware and if they do get you fight them all the way!!
I’m using nebulizer machine daily and thought the portable one would be great for traveling so I ordered one on Feb 12, but after using it a few times, it stopped working. I probably will trashed it instead of sending it back for refund since I have to pay for shipping it back, there is a charge for restocking fee on top of it, so trash it is.
BUYER BEWARE. this company is a joke I bought a portable nebulizer it was supposed to be rechargeable for 63.44 when I got it it was not rechargeable I had to put batteries in it an the best part was it didn't work so I sent it back for a refund they said they were keeping 20.00 for a restocking fee that's bullshit a restocking fee on a peice of junk that don't work. Do yourself a favor an don't buy from this company there crooks.
