Arrived within 3 days from order.
Also I had to return an item as it wasn’t suitable. My return was tracked and refunded as soon as my item was received back.
Will definitely use and recommend Needle and Thread again.

The dresses are stunningly beautiful. They were delivered beautifully wrapped up in boxes. I ordered 3 dresses and finally chose one which will be my wedding dress.

Needle and Thread dresses are outstanding. They are beautiful quality with excellent designs. I did try as you buy and sadly did not purchase due to the length of the dresses. They also have an extended size range with is good. Have already previously bought two dresses and look forward to finding my next purchase.

Delighted with my order .Had looked at the website for ages and loved the look of the dresses but was a bit wary,Well I was very pleasantly pleased .Used the Harper try before you buy .Brilliant service it did make me go ahead .Dress arrived promptly, packaged perfectly and is just gorgeous, beautiful material,and just as I was hoping it would look .Im 5’6 and with a mid heel it sits just above ankle .So looking forward to wearing as a wedding guest in May .

The only reason this is 4 not 5 stars is because there is no toilet in the shop and unfortunately I was told on the day that not all the dresses I wanted to try would be available, but communication around this was good and apologetic and the dress I ended up getting wasn’t one I’d picked but another one so it was fate!
It was also made up by the excellent service particularly from Precious. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and she was supportive but without hovering and I liked that I had time to consider just with my family without that pressure.
The shop was also beautiful as were all the dresses and the drinks and just overall vibe made it feel so special.

Beautiful Freya Long Sleeve Gown
I ordered the Freya Long Sleeve Gown in a size 10 - it’s an absolutely beautiful dress, well made and delivered really quickly. Unfortunately it’s too ‘blingy’ for the event I bought it for (mother of the groom) so I will be returning it, but will have no hesitation in shopping here in the future

AVOID - Luxury price for gown that falls apart in storage - no proper solution offered
Paid luxury price for a Needle & Thread gown, bought March for a July event. Tried once, stored carefully in its original packaging — beads and sequins went loose and started falling off completely on their own, never worn. They admit quality checks missed the fault, but only offer a refund. This is a known issue with dozens of similar complaints online; embellishments are poorly secured from the start. They refuse repairs or a replacement at the same price I paid, even trying to charge more. Ridiculously overpriced for something that falls apart in storage. Leaves you stranded and stressed right before an important occasion. Under UK law they should fix or replace it, not just walk away. Save your money and time — avoid this brand.

At Needle & Thread, we take great pride in the design, craftsmanship and workmanship of our garments, and it is always disappointing to hear when a customer feels let down bin any way.
As discussed directly with our customer care team, the concerns regarding the gown were raised approximately three months after delivery. As the issue was not reported upon receipt, we were unfortunately unable to determine with certainty when or how the condition developed. Whilst we acknowledged that the issue described would not typically be expected to arise from storage alone, based on the information provided, we did not establish that the fault was present at the point of dispatch.
In recognition of your concerns, we made a number of exceptions to our standard return policies.
We appreciate that you were seeking an alternative resolution and understand why the timing of your event made this especially important to you. While we were unable to provide the specific outcome requested, we did explore alternative options.
We are sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations. Nevertheless, we appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and would like to thank you for bringing them to our attention. We sincerely wish you all the best for your special occasion.

Really good experience but Try before you Buy didnt work - oops
The website is easy to use and the dresses are beautiful in the catalogue and when they arrive they are a delight. They also fit true to the size guide.
The try before you buy process didnt work and unfortunately I ended up paying ahead for dresses which was not my intention.
That said the returns process was super clear what to do, convenient and easy to complete.
I am hoping the correct colour and size of dress comes back into stock before my sons wedding x
