This Nekteck Shiatsu Massager is very poor. They obviously do not know that Shiatsu means "finger pressure".
Almost impossible to get placed correctly due to it's size, weight and bulky tails. Once in place it cannot be held there and in general placement is totally wrong. Large massaging nodules have no give. Their solid nature combined with a motor that is relentless causes more pain than relief. I imagine it could cause a lot of damage. For now I've consigned it to a cupboard and may try again, but not in the near future. It will likely get thrown out in my next cleaning purge.

Packaging is terrible. The box was ripped and the usb and instructions must have fallen out. Not able to use it and I am at the mercy of them answering g an email because there is not a customer service number to call. Never again I threw it away

This is super awesome, better than any known brand names and it's just awesome. Very well built and quality is super awesome
