Ordered 3 set of suitcases. Wheels stucks while walking at home. Poor quality. Sent many emails to return but they just send me reply that send us pictures nothing else. They are dodgy and will not return. Wasted my money on thin plastic suitcases.

The rack came on time very please with it .The man who delivered it was pleasant and carried it into the house.

I wish I could give less. Purchased a lovely garden furniture set but unfortunately one screw was damaged as the hole was far too tight so it is only just holding. Contacted your company to as to send no more than 4 screws although 2 would be fine. The response I got back is laughable. I actually thought it was 1st April. You want me to dismantle the furniture which is fine apart from 1 screw that is just in. You will then send a courier to pick it up and then send another courier with a new product. Surely it is more cost effective to send me 2 screws. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I have actually been told to go to B&Q or PC world to get a new box.

Personally I would avoid neo at all costs. Their products are cheap and flimsy. The collection bucket of the dehumidifier overflows. They advertised that it was included with carbon filters, then I was told this isn't the case. Even though they have pictures on their website included with the dehumidifier i bought. The worrying thing is the people in the warehouse. They stuck my shipping label on the bottom of the box right next to an arrow pointing up! It was upside down. The courier also left my item outside in the rain in a cardboard box but that isn't neo fault. I definitely wouldn't buy another product with neo, but cheap buy twice!

Hi I've recently bought a couple of set of cases for myself & family and don't have codes to unlock the cases.. is there anyway you could help solve this as there no good otherwise 🙈

It's a good,sturdy suitcase and is very spacious. I recommend it.

Don't buy anything from these people. We purchased a pressure washer on the 5thof December through Debenhams and received it on the 7th of December. This product has been used on 4 occasions and no longer functions.It hasn't made 3 months which is not satisfactory. We have asked for a refund but they will only send me a replacement. I don't want a replacement as I have already sourced my own replacement as, the one purchased through Neo direct could not be relied on.

Wrong item was collected as a return and they absolutely will not help regarding this. They apparently have no way of checking items that get returned to their warehouse even though it’s tracked all the way there so how they know you don’t just send junk back is beyond me. They won’t even contact DPD on your behalf to sort out a refund even though they have to be the ones to do it as they purchased the return postage. It’s no skin off their nose to do this, they simply don’t want to. Only way to contact them is via email as the number they list in several places does not work and they reply approximately once a day if you’re lucky.

Very good experience. Less than 24hrs from order to delivery. Very happy with the chair after my other gave me constant back pain.

The chair seat was a bit too short to support the upper leg and the footrest was useless it was under the knee and the feet were not supported

Ordered a pressure washer from Neo Direct via Ebay on 21/01/2025 which was lost in transit and they are refusing to refund me. Eventually I had to ask EBay and PayPal to step in. Still waiting for an outcome. Stay away from these cowboys.
