40” x 25” Light Pink sign ordered. 34” x 20” Hot Pink sign received.
I ordered a custom 40” x 25” Light Pink sign after extensive email correspondence confirming both the size and color. What arrived measured approximately 34” x 20”, even when measured using the method and endpoints Neon.Shop later instructed me to use.
When I raised the size issue, Neon.Shop maintained that the sign was 40” x 25” because their design/CDR file showed those dimensions. A design file labeled 40” x 25” does not change the actual dimensions of the physical sign delivered.
The color was also wrong. Before ordering, I provided a specific Light Pink reference image and asked whether my sign would be that exact color. I was told in writing that it would. The sign I received was Hot Pink, not the Light Pink color that had been confirmed.
Despite these issues, Neon.Shop declined my request for a full refund and offered only a 20% refund. I have now had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
This was a $448 custom purchase, and I relied on the specifications confirmed to me in writing. I would not order from this company again.
