Easy process but unexpectedly long
I found the ordering process very easy and user-friendly however I was only ordering a sample box which took over three weeks to arrive, during which I received no updates etc. my project has been delayed (for other reasons) but the experience has left me concerned about the lead time if I submit the order full order through NEOWALL.

Miss leading title for products been sold
I ordered Sample boxes thinking I would get different colours in each to allow me to make an informed decision however I was given 1 colour of decking board and 1 acoustic wall panel of colours I would never personally use and was charged £3.99 for the privilege
your response on here just shows the type of reply I’d have expected from your customer service team. Before submitting my review, I made sure to double-check that it wasn’t an error on my part—I looked for an option to select a colour, but none was available. That’s why I assumed I’d be sent a selection of colours to choose from.

6 x 4.5m composite deck with double border.
After much searching, reading reviews and ordering samples I went with Neowall. The main reason being that they did 5m lengths and were reasonably priced. I looked at Trex and a few others and I couldn’t really find a significant difference only in the price… I found Neo wall to be modestly priced in comparison and I am very happy with the look and the finish. Once clipped down the boards are sturdy but as a point of note they need to be supported 350mm for the best result. I did snap a couple when I was cutting out for my recessed drain cover, so as a piece of advice if you are scribing one thin make sure it’s got plenty of extra support underneath and completely flat. Another note would be that it was a blisteringly hot day when it was delivered and I missed taking in a pack… this was as much my fault as the delivery chaps but on reflection I should have taken more time ensuring my delivery was complete… that aside, the delivery chap was very helpful and when I queried the missing pack the chap in the office sorted this for me quickly and was very accommodating. I’ve already got got the deck dirty and a quick woosh down with the jet wash and it’s good as new. I hope it’s durable… I see no reason why it wouldn’t be but having only been laid a couple of weeks it’s a bit early to say. So to give a recommendation I very happy with the cost, especially in comparison to other companies, it was helpful that they do 5 meter lengths, the decking looks great and I feel the company made a good effort to see my project to completion. Both delivery chap and the chap I ordered from were helpful so it’s top marks from me and I would happily recommend them to anyone getting a composite deck.

Good service
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The price of the decking is reasonable compared with others I have enquired with and it is helpful having the 5 metre sizes. Can’t yet comment on the durability of the decking but I think it looks attractive. My first experience of using composite decking which I have experienced is more brittle than wood.

I had telephone conversations with the business owner and he was very helpful and kept me updated on delivery times.
Within a week they were delivered to my driveway and the driver unloaded them,no problems whatsoever.
I highly recommend Neowall.

Ordered 47, 5mtr decking boards up to Scotland.
Excellent quality, good delivery even left a spare board just incase any damage. This will not be my last order, as a landscaper I'm always looking for a reliable supplier, with good delivery times and reasonable prices, definitely found it here, well done guys, keep it up.

Great quality product, unannounced delivery
Great quality product, usually fast delivery (a few days), good price and free delivery. We have ordered on 3 separate occasions and each time the delivery, although usually fast, has been unannounced!
We have used the Neowall Acoustic Panels on our kitchen ceiling and on a Media Wall - looks really good.
Vertical cuts are best done with a sharp craft knife, cross cuts I used a table saw, a circular saw and a multitool depending on the need. The material in not wood but a form of plastic with the slats able to twist which can bind the saw blade so some care needed.
