First class customer service
First class customer service. Took the time to tune in the guitar I purchased, informed me that first service is free. I was also looking for a case and I was given a great deal on one. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Very good prices as well. I will definitely be back! Superb service!

I have been looking for a specific guitar for some time now with no luck. I found one available at Ness Music and to add to my joy is was a lot cheaper than any other outlet I had looked at.
I ordered it online and it arrived 2 days later and was even in tune.

Brilliant and excellent service
Popped in with my brother who was looking for his first guitar. It was a pleasure to meet Paul who was super helpful and sorted my brother out with a lovely new rathbone 👍 I’ll be back here for sure 👌

I visited this shop in Inverness in October and was blown away by the range of musical instruments and equipment for sale and also the friendly demeanor of the owner… So much so that I ordered a guitar and amp from the shop and they very kindly sent it without charging for postage to my home which is a long way from the shop! They were so helpful in helping me select a musical instrument and also went out of their way to make sure I got the one that I wanted. If you would like that personal service that a good small business will give you, go to Ness music.
