Given the current COVID-19 situation I thought I might struggle to get anything delivered quickly (for someone's birthday). A quick chat over Facebook and I was able to purchase a ukulele on their website (before the physical shop was allowed to open) which was delivered by the owner to my door the next day (I'm in Inverness anyway). Couldn't have been more helpful.

Couldn't be more helpful, sourcing the best and most appropriate instrument for my budget. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Really happy with my new ukulele - it came tuned and also with a beautiful carry case. The website was easy to navigate, has great prices/offers and a variety of instruments to choose from. Received brilliant service when I collected the instrument in store and will definitely return in the future. 5 stars.

Bought an excellent Tanglewood guitar (Tanglewood Guitar X15 SDTE) there last year. Very good and they even had it shipped to me back home in Ireland.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My son was welcomed to try the instruments with no pressure and we were very impressed with the quality and sound of the entire range. Great value too - we ended up buying my son’s birthday present here. The owner has years of experience and enjoys seeing the right guitar go to the right person - he clearly cares about his customers and we left with an open invitation to call on him if we had any queries or needed after sales help. Highly recommended.

Nice guy, knew what he was talking about, and did everything he could to help me!

I only bought vouchers - at the request of the recipient who had a positive opinion of Ness Music.
As a small indication of service, I ordered multiple vouchers to get to the amount I wanted. I received a prompt e-mail asking whether I wanted the separate vouchers or one voucher for the total amount - which was quickly dispatched when I replied.
Recipient spent the voucher soon afterwards and I know that they are happy with their purchase.

I’ve been using Ness Music since it opened and Paul (owner) has been fantastic. The advice and guidance has always been spot on, and before making any music related purchases now I always check with Paul as he’s my ‘go to guru’ - and that’s saved me time and money.
