Top notch customer service
A lot of back and forth in order to make sure the product was received in line with my expectations, but the team at Nest, particularly Tine, worked so hard to ensure everything was sorted and that I was happy. Super impressed

Woeful experience.
Woeful experience. We’re undertaking a full house renovation and have to buy light and furnishings for the whole property. To start we needed the first 2 lamps for the entrance and ordered these from Nest. We were away on delivery and as soon as we arrived back - on day 14 from order - we realised one of the lights was the wrong colour. As it was bank holiday weekend we waited until Tuesday to call and let them know we needed to exchange for correct colour. We got a call the next day to say that because it was beyond 14 days (ignoring the fact that 14 fell on the bank holiday weekend) they wouldn’t exchange the item.
We had a list of items we planned on purchasing through them but are jow ordering from Innes and Heals.
The most shortsighted customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Agent did their best to get the order out by intervening and asking for help from the warehouse- dpd delivered the following day which I really needed and the product is lovely, good quality

Louis Poulsen lamp from China!
Nest sent us the wrong product a more expensive version of the lamp we ordered and then they sent two!!! We were honest and let them know. We had to email them twice before we got a response. £1500 worth of lamps! They collected both lamps and didn’t even give us the first product we ordered. No thanks and only offered me ten percent off my next purchase. Apparently Louis Poulsen lamps are made in China and they charge £755 for it!!!!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I was kept informed every step of the delivery of some big furniture. Prior to delivery, I was contacted by a real person (not some automated process) asking for more details to ensure a smooth delivery and confirming services such as unpacking, furniture placement and returning package for recycling. Delivery was on time by a third party logistics partner and one of the items got scratched in the unpacking process by them. They registered the issue themselves and Nest was promptly in contact (again by real people) offering a sustainable solution which I was happy with! Will definitely trust Nest again when purchasing furniture items!

I had great customer service from ~Nest and have become a regular customer due to their products, but also their customer service. Communication is excellent and delivery is always prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend these guys if you want designer furniture that you wont find elsewhere

Excellent customer service
I sent an email to Nest.co.uk regarding a product bearing the same name but which has nothing to do with their products.
They could have just deleted my email but the reply I got from Toni was so helpful and kind and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their excellent customer services.

NEST is terrible!!!!!
NEST is terrible! Don't buy from them if you value your time and money. Ordered two bookcase units, one arrived with missing parts and took 3 weeks to send replacements, which arrived broken. Another 2 weeks to wait for new parts. Delayed delivery, poorly assembled, and had to hire a professional to fix it. NEST's compensation? £100 gift card for next purchase. Total joke. Buy elsewhere.

Mr Ashlee from the firm was very helpful to provide telephone number of google nest. However, this telephone is no longer working and awkward google wants people to telephone US headquarters. Mr Ashlee also mentioned that their firm is not dealing with IT products but different items.

I emailed the wrong Nest company by mistake, instead of ignoring me Ashlee was kind enough to send through the relevant information for the right company.
In the end, my issue was resolved.

Great customer relations
Like a lot of other people, it seems, I thought I was contacting Google Nest. I thank Toni for being so helpful and informative. I'm sure the Nest company is getting these wrong enquiries all the time so thank you fir your patience and I wish your company every success, you have great staff.
