My experience was horrific. The final cost was over 4 times higher than the bait & switch, low-ball quote they originally gave me. The timing of picking up my car was also a constantly moving target but that wasn't nearly as problematic as the way the costs kept rising. I hate that someone is allowed to do business like this. I was also working with 2 different people who each need to find a way to make money off of you. I thought I was working with a single company with a single fee. Wrong again. I would NEVER work with this group again. Crooks.

I booked transportation services to move a vehicle from Corpus Christi to Austin and paid a $75.00 booking fee. The company is now refusing to reverse the credit card charge, including approximately $77.63 in fees.

A regular trailer — not a professional auto transport trailer — showed up at the property. The driver and company could not provide proof of insurance, DOT information, or proper licensing when requested. In addition, the delivery price was later increased from the original agreement.

Based on my experience, I strongly suggest that others use caution before doing business with this company. Please do your own due diligence and use at your own risk.

Below is the original order and quoted cost.
Your company sent a couple with a pickup truck and trailer to transport my vehicle, rather than a professional auto transport carrier. When we requested copies of the Federal DOT license, State DOT documentation, and proof of insurance, they were unable to produce any of those documents.
In addition, upon arrival they stated they would require an additional $350.00 cash payment that was not part of the original agreement.
Due to these circumstances, I did not allow my vehicle to be transported.
Your company charged $75.00 plus taxes and fees for the booking. I am requesting a full refund immediately, as the contracted transportation service was never properly performed and the carrier presented did not appear to meet the required licensing and insurance standards.
During our phone conversation, you mentioned there was a contract and stated that you were not going to reverse the charges. I am copying my personal attorney, Mr. Jonathan Fly, Esq., on this matter.
Please email me a complete copy of the so-called contract that you claim I signed or agreed to.
Mr. Anderson, I intend to contact all appropriate regulatory agencies regarding your company’s conduct and business practices, in addition to sharing my experience publicly through social media and consumer review platforms.

want the public to know that this individual and this company continue talking about a so-called contract. In addition, they contacted the destination auto shop and stated that Nest had a contract and was going to file a lawsuit against the shop.
Please be careful when dealing with this company, and DO NOT give any upfront money without fully verifying their licensing, insurance, and DOT authority.
I have transported vehicles for my son three different times from other states using other transport companies, and this has been the worst experience I have had. The reason I selected them was because I wanted to support a Texas business.
Please do your research carefully before using this company.

Scammer alert

Do not use them. They are completely unprofessional and fake. Fake names. Liars. Don’t trust they will steal your money and bull shit you and never stop talking. They created all those fake reviews with 5 stars which is why they all have generic fake names like Jake smith. Harris smith. But none are actually American. I have reported them to credit authorities as fraudulent
