Neu Neon Opiniões

I ordered a custom neon sign as a housewarming gift for my brother to go in his outdoor pergola/BBQ area, and it turned out absolutely perfect! The quality is amazing and honestly it looks even better in real life than I imagined.

The team were brilliant from start to finish, really clear with communication, super helpful in answering my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery was smooth and the sign was packaged really safely too.

My brother was over the moon with it. If you’re thinking about getting a neon sign, I’d 100% recommend these guys – they smashed it!

Purchased a sign for my son’s bedroom as a present for his birthday. It is a fantastic feature in his room and he absolutely loves it! The ordering process was straightforward and I had a quick response on any queries I had.

Great service from the start. Lots of contact and responded straight away to my messages. The sign arrived before expected and looks great.

So happy with my neon sign! Center piece of my treatment room👌 was so easy to design on the website and came earlier than expected. Really pleased and would 100% recommend ❤️

I purchased an expensive custom neon sign from Neu Neon, and the quality and customer experience were both awful.
The piece I received was covered in manufacturing marks, including stray glue smears and stress fractures in the clear acrylic. The stand that was included was of very poor design and does not safely hold up the sign. The design also means that if the sign were hung at a later date, it would look dreadful. I should have read the warning signs when the package turned up packed in broken bits of polystyrene and sticky tape that was fixed to the acrylic that would be displayed!
One of the reasons that I decided to use Neu Neon was that they listed themselves as being in the UK. However, their manufacturing is completed and shipped from Turkey.
When I contacted them about my concerns, the only offer to put things right was a discount voucher for my next purchase. This will serve no purpose, as I would never order from them again, and suggest that anyone reading this looks elsewhere.

Excellent quality and great service.

An absolute pleasure to deal with, easy and affordable service 👍🏽

So easy sorting the design for my boys neon sign using the website and when asked questions had an instant response and it came a day early!
Will order again for sure

Bought a light for my son’s bedroom after being recommended this company by a friend.

The light looks amazing, fantastic quality and the service from ordering to delivery was brilliant, constantly kept informed and it arrived on time for his birthday.

Thank you and will defo be recommending to friends and family.

Placed an order. Got confirmation order. Got confirmation of delivery and was delivered safe and sound.

Can’t get better than that.

Fast and clear communication, a quick delivery and a great result!

Excellent communication skills, Proofs sent and changed quickly. Very flexible with design choice and super fast delivery. Packaged with care too.

Website is full of stolen images and photography from many other brands, all have been contacted and more will be as we identify the rightful owners thanks to Google image search. Company information & address deliberately obscured to just a road name, no doubt on purpose.. Mrs Sar refuses to remove images when requested, legal proceedings to follow.

Extremely pleased with the neon sign purchased for my granddaughters bedroom.
There was a fantastic choice of text which helps make the design a bit more unique.
The tan arrived very well packaged.
I thought a screw top was missing and contacted customer services. I had a prompt reply and explanation… nothing missing just extras which I hadn’t realised!
I would definitely recommend buying from this company.

Excellent job done! Thank you!

Amazing!! Looks great , arrived on time.
Wouldn't hesitate to repeat , really recommend it.

They made a sign for my wife for tik tok but it had to be mirror imaged I was brilliant thank you for all your help

Left it very last minute to have a sign made for an event! I spoke to several companies that couldn’t help as they couldn’t turn it around quick enough, but these guys could! Excellent and prompt communication. Ordered the product for additional express delivery which was a bespoke design, made, shipped and delivered in 4 days. Can’t recommend them enough!

The experience i have received from you has been impeccable from start to finish, i have been kept updated throughout the manufacturing process to receiving my delivery, the offer of support for fitting the item was incredible.
