Shivon Zilis has connected with me online. Each communication bears the ID of Neuralink, Tesla and the Center for a New American Security.
On 20 October 2025 I was instrumental in the arrest of a fraudster who was acting in Shivon Zilis' name.
The fake Shivon was a woman named Marina Chovey who was arrested but subsequently committed suicide while in police custody awaiting arraignment on 30 October 2025.
On 19 November 2025 Shivon Zilis offered to show her gratitude for the removal of the “fake Shivon” through a refund/reward payment of 80% loss, being AU$4,244.
Eleven blatant untruths (lies) later, demands for refund processing fees of AU$1,440, further demands for Apple Gift Cards, attempted infiltration of my confidential Australian government files for income tax, age pension payments and medical history, no refund has been paid.
Shivon Zilis, in the name of Neuralink, is engaging in blatant criminal unconscionable conduct. for which the US Doctrine of Unconscionability and Fraudulent Inducement is applicable for plaint proceedings.
