The device took a long time to arrive - but the effects are excellent. You DO have to use it as suggested, and also with exercise, which I was already doing. The pads are long-lasting in my experience, but you DO have to clean them and store them as specified. There is no claim by NeuroMD that they last more than 30 sessions or so, but in my experience they do. I have far less pain and I have avoided surgery by using a combination of NeuroMD, exercise and SI belt, with daily walking of 30-40 minutes. (I have three herniated discs and severe spinal stenosis.)

I purchased the Clearance NeuroMD Whole Body Corrective Therapy Device on website getneuromd.com mid 2025. I absolutely loved it at the beginning. In time i noticed it seemed to work inconsistently. sometimes the remote and stimulators would simply not synch properly. What was discouraging was working with customer service. They just didn't believe me. Anywho, bottom line, i'd look into other products that offer the same NMES and TENS. I agree with others about the pads being expensive. I'm still glad i have the product and i do use it, and i do experience pain relief, however, i'm frustrated with its inconsistencies at times.

I bought this product in this winter and It really reliefs my back pain that I have had for more than 15 years. Much better than other ones than I had used before. Only drawback is that their pad gets dried faster, so it doesn’t last long. But I think part of the reason might be we have much drier air in Sweden during wintertime.

Your replacement pads suck, they don't work maybe once or twice and how much they cost, that's not worth the money you need to do something about that.

Horribly cheap device no better than a tens machine. It ships from China and took months to arrive. When I tried to return it only a week later, customer service said its not eligible. Do not buy this garbage. FDA is clearly being to lax with what it approves, but we knew they didnt have the peoples best interest.

Company states 60 day trial period but when tried to return given two choices: 1. Keep device with 50% money refund. 2. Return with exorbitant shipping fee approximately 20% original cost. Product simply didn’t work.
