Low Quality

The ring is low quality and though adjustable the starting ring size is massive so if you have small finger no amount of adjusting is going to make it fit. I’ve contacted customer services but no one has responded

I bought three rings from this company

I bought three rings from this company. The first ‘silver’ one I received was magnetic so not silver at all. Received a replacement. This one lasted a year before it snapped. The second and third snapped after just a few weeks. Received just one refund. I would not recommend this company. Poorly made and terrible customer service

I thought this was UK made for women by…

I thought this was UK made for women by women. I ordered on the 15/04/24 as a birthday gift ( which has came and went) and still no confirmation of a delivery date. Had I read the reviews I would not have purchased from this company.

Lovely necklace for the price but…

Lovely necklace for the price but delivery took nearly a month from placing the order. The company did reply to my emails and they said the first photo wouldn’t work so we replaced that with another one.

Looong shipment

Ordered two things. One arrived in 1,5 months, another one is still being delivered. Two months passed by. The item that wasn’t delivered wasn’t personalised and was in stock when I ordered. Nevanna asked for the review.

Item hasn’t arrived after over 6 weeks

I ordered a necklace over 6 weeks ago as a birthday present for my mum. It still hasn’t arrived and I haven’t had any real update on my order since. I have emailed customer support 3 times. The first time they said it was almost ready to be shipped (this was about 3/4 weeks ago) and then the second time they said they were speeding up the process (again this was about 2/3 weeks ago). I emailed again a few days ago and I am now not getting a response. I ordered on 11th Feb and it is now 20th March. My mums birthday was 1st March so she was unable to receive her gift. I understand it is a customised item but this amount of time to be waiting seems unnecessary, especially when I keep being told by customer support that the item is almost ready despite not hearing anything again for weeks.

Bought a necklace a week ago and paid…

Bought a necklace a week ago and paid for first class postage. The necklace still hasn’t arrived and there’s not even been confirmation that it’s been dispatched. It also cost me £30 which I feel is quite a bit of money for me so I’m just upset about the experience.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. No communication since order accepted. Have sent an email direct and submitted an online form. No response to either. This was a present for a friends 40th Birthday, a personalised gift and the special day has now come and gone. Absolutely shocking service.

No-one contacts the customer

I've requested a refund for 2 rings bought as Xmas gifts in line with Nevanna's refund policy. I've tried to contact Nevanna since end December 2023 but yet to receive a reply to (1) my online request or (2) my 2 emails. There is no phone number. Very upsetting!

The only thing is that the ring has lost it's round shape so the balls get stuck at times.
