Nice design and idea, but when it arrived it looked cheap and not worth the price paid

Parcel hasn’t arrived and no response to my email

After initially sent the wrong product the communications with customer service and the replacement product were both excellent

Order placed on 29th of November and on 20th December it still hasn’t arrived. Contacted customer service who said to wait 3-5 days. Days later and I’m being ignored!!!!!

My future husband wanted to have his own engagement ring and I thought a fidget ring would be perfect for him. We are very happy with the product we got and the shipping was good too!!

I ordered a ring on the 26th of November for my sons 16th Birthday. It has still not arrived. I emailed several times and on the 10th of December was told it had left the warehouse and was with Royal Mail. However, it took until the 19th of December for me to receive a tracking number from Evri. The woman I was emailing with was polite and responded quickly unfortunately the fact it has still not arrived and I was unable to give my son his main birthday gift has affected my experience. I really hope the ring is lovely when it arrives.

Very disappointed with quality of product. Have emailed for information on how I go about getting refund but have not heard back from them. They certainly don’t make it easy!!!

The item has not arrived yet and I ordered it at least 3 weeks ago to send to my mother in law for Christmas. Now she has no present from my husband and I.

Found the same ring much cheaper elsewhere. Hoped it was because it was better quality but when it arrived it was exactly the same. Very disappointing

Ordered three rings on 09/10/22
Recieved two rings after waiting a month and a half.
Sent numerous emails asking when I’d revive the third ring.
Customer service said they’d send it out and again after more emails still waiting for the ring to arrive it’s now the 20th December.
DO NO ORDER FROM THEM SCAM.

This is a scam company do not order from here , I did not receive my item. They sent me a shipping email I what 3 months and received nothing and they provided me with no tracking number, claiming to use royal mail services and based in the UK yet they can not provide any information. Nevanna support was not helpful kept lying and telling me I will get back to you after speaking to my head office ! They are theives it Is a scam webiste do not order !!

Jewellery website which claims to have been featured in Vogue, Elle etc. Ordered a necklace on 29/09/2022, dispatched on 12/10/2022, not yet received and it’s 27/10/2022. They claim to be based in the UK on the website and dispatched by Royal Mail but sent an email reply on 22/10/2022 stating ‘ Your order is now being forwarded to Royal Mail for final delivery to your location.’ which sounds like it’s been sent from outside the country. Doesn’t sound trustworthy and I now can’t find them mentioned much elsewhere online so wanted to highlight to people to be wary for now.
