I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After booking an appointment (16/02) and paying in advance (21/01), nobody showed up. Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times and sent several emails, but there has been absolutely no response.

No one answers the phone, and emails go completely ignored. At this point, it feels like they’ve simply taken my money and disappeared. I’m starting to wonder if they are even still in business.

I have just had the first annual service for our ASHP. Very friendly engagement with Matt and Gemma as usual, and happy to recommend their services to anybody considering ASHP.

I used this company for our ASHP installation, all went really well and very knowledgeable company.
Last week Matt came and serviced the unit after 1 yr of use. Again no surprises, he thought us a few tips and further optimised the configurations.

New Heat can only be described as first class this is our 3rd service visit and Matt carried out everything to his exacting stand thank you very much.

Brilliant service from New Heat. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our Air Source Heat Pump and UFH system has worked flawlessly since installation and it’s first year service has found no problems. System programmed to lower temperature to save energy. Recommended.

We've had the system in place for a few years now and it woks flawlessly. It is always a pleasure to see Matt each year for the service/inspection and this year was no different.

The company are always at the end of the phone, very helpful, engineer is always prompt and nothing is too much for them. This is the first home where we have this type of heating and it is brilliant - would never go back to a conventional boiler again .. love my heat pump heating.
