Streamlined online shopping
It's a very simple process that required no chat bots, no Ai. Just a well laid out website with excellent documentation for products. A few clicks later and i had ordered what i wanted.
The biggest recommendation was that i came back to buy again without searching for alternatives.

My error but sorted by customer service.
I received my blinds and realised I'd measured wrong. Felt sick but contacted company. They immediately offered to replace them. Gave me instructions to return, I am now looking forward to replacement and despite it being entirely my error only extra cost to me was return postage. That's what I call service.

All together very pleased!
When the blinds arrived we were surprised how bright they were in the box.
However once erected on our doorway they are perfect.
They are very effective at keeping flys out of the house but have to accept that an odd one will get through with human traffic
As expected we needed to shorten the blinds which took around 20 minutes. This actually gave us lots of offcuts which can be joined together if repairs are required in the future.

Easy to navigate website with a lot of choices, and straightforward to order. Swift dispatch and frequent delivery updates provided. The insect netting was easy to cut to size and fix with the tape provided. I am really pleased with the whole experience and more than happy with my purchase. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Replacement somfy remote
Ordered a replacement somfy remote control. It arrived quickly, was the correct part and it was cheaper than that huge river online warehouse we use.

3 piece single door fly screen
We bought a 3 piece, single door fly screen. It was a pain to put together. One section has never been straight despite altering it three times. The plastic trims are not heavy enough to stop it blowing around in the wind. It always falls back twisted and uneven. We attached magnets to try to keep it from flapping around but they don't help. Delivery was fine. Ordering was easy but it's not suitable for our needs.

Poor quality and delivery
Delivery was seriously delayed, blind fitting instructions were incomplete and the blinds are poor quality (don’t close properly, it’s a cheap plastic mechanism)

Quality of roller insect screens seems…
Quality of roller insect screens seems good up until now. Delivery took more than 3 weeks though and there was no communication from them regarding the delay. I had to constantly chase to see what was going on but they did reply pretty quickly to my emails.

I had some initial problems with first order but the issue was instantly sorted with a complete replacement foc.

Good quality insect screens
We now have insect screens in most of our windows. Delivery time was good but the screens are not quite so easy to assemble and install.
Still very happy with the end result.

Easy to fit fly screen
Very precisely made custom fit fly screen that doesn’t need any drilling to fit. It works very well although different to their screens I have fitted in the past. Allen key tightening system a bit fiddly but it holds the screen well. I have had this company’s screens for many years now and they are all working perfectly still, so they do last well. Good product, thanks.

Clear fitting instructions.. And prompt service
For months we have had a daily 4am visit by a crow who taps at the bedroom window and screeches and we've tried everything to discourage ir. Everything! It came the morning after the screen was fitted and sat on the sill, squawked in protest and hasn't visited us since, but it now plagues a neighbour. Sorted. ...thank you!!
