From initial ordering through to final delivery this was a dream process. The measuring process was clear and straightforward. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and the final fitting perfect. The quality of the blinds was also excellent!

Easy to order, great value. Very pleased with the product. Well packed. Had to phone as tracking wasn't showing the delivery info, but the customer service was good and reassuring. Would definitely use again.

ordered a Duchess Duvet Set in Silver from The Range, package finally arrived today from New Edge Blinds when opened the duvet set was not in any packaging other than the delivery bag and was a completely different set to what i ordered. No paperwork in delivery bag and no returns label. I rang and was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours, person on phone could not tell me how to get a refund or how to return set. There website does not even show a Duchess Duvet Set so why are they advertising one on The Range website. Cheap poor quality product, poor delivery and terrible customer service

This company, if you can call it a company is disgusting. Ordered through B&Q, was told my ordered had being despatched. Amazing - this is where it all started to go wrong. Tracking number never worked so left it until after the delivery date which was advised contacted to be told they would send it a new order as it looked like it had gone missing, WRONG nothing was ever actually despatched. After being told a new order would be sent out for 3 days nothing ever came of this either. I then went back to B&Q and asked for a refund for them to come back and now tell me they are going to send out the order, the same order which for the last 4 days I’ve being told has being despatched and will be delivered. No one could give me a tracking number for this. Honestly after working for a made to measure blind company for 10 years the service I have received is diabolical. If it wasn’t for a quick turn around that I needed these blinds I would have gone to 247Blinds. Save yourself the stress and use a company who actually has customer service and doesn’t lie day in day out.

My blind was made and delivered very fast
My blind is extremely good quality and prices are really great
My blind is a very large size at 2530mm which this company did with ease lots of other blind companies don't make Venetian blinds this length

New Edge Blinds REFUSE to speak on telephone and only via email. Mobile telephone number is a telephone answering service who pass messages.

I ordered a Roman blind cassette kit. Unfortunately, the wrong kit was delivered. However, the customer service was excellent and having notified them by email of the error, I was promptly informed the correct kit would be dispatched. Both delivery of the original kit and the replacement was very swift. I haven't used the kit yet, but at first glance it appears to be exactly as described on the website and I see no reason why it won't do the job. Thank you to New edge blinds!

I was worried about using New Edge Blinds as the products just seemed too good to be true. Anyway I asked a couple of questions and got the answers I needed, so I ordered two Venetian Blinds. I must now admit any worries were ill founded. The customer service has been exceptional. The blinds were despatched the next day and I received a tracking number, so once DHL had collected them I could track easily. The blinds were the delivered the next day. So, all in all the service was absolutely fantastic, the delivery was brilliant, the blinds very easy to fit and the price was really good. But, best of all the blinds just look so amazing and have really finished off my two shower rooms. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I think ive been scammed by this company . I ordered nxt day got a dispatch email with a tracking no that does not exist tried ringing i get the same answer we will pass ur enquiry on then i get an email saying out of stock ive rang 3 times and still we will pass it on do not! Use this company

We fitted our ceiling curtain track today. Was easy to fit, all fixtures and fittings supplied and is great quality. Also very speedy delivery. Well pleased with our purchase especially when it was on sale. Thank you. D&D Orr

When it arrived I was going to fit next day.but it looked easy to fit so I gave it a go fitted and working in half an hour looks great.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a blind through Tesco Marketplace. Size ordered 170 cm wide by 130 cm drop. They sent 170 cm by 120 cm. When I queried it they said they don’t make them in 130 drop and I need to order a made to measure blind. They don’t offer free return. In an attempt to get my money back they reckon I need to organise my own return at a cost of over £35 to send the wrong item back. They have not accepted responsibility for the error, just keep saying they don’t offer returns. It’s unbelievable that they’re still trading!!! Avoid!!
Part 2: thanks for the reply, Newedgeblinds. However, you forgot to mention that you admitted sending me the wrong blind but still expect me to return it at my own expense. Email from your so called customer service reads “ I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused by receiving the incorrect blind. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund without the return, and we are also unable to facilitate or cover the return postage cost.” These are YOUR processes that YOU need to change if you’ve made a mistake. Why should I be paying £35 for a courier to return the wrong blind to you?!?! Basic customer care- nonexistent. I’ll be reporting you to Trading Standards for mis-selling products to unassuming customers.

The items that were sent were incorrect and not what was shown on the website. When I contacted customer services I was assured someone would contact me within 24hrs and that was never done. I was emailed and when I showed with proof that items sent were incorrect and one of them was damaged they refused to acknowledge and said I could return back items on my expenses. So very bad customer services will definitely not be buying from them again.

Really good quality blinds, even though there was a bit of confusion as we got made to measure blinds and it didn’t state it on the box. After opening each individual blind we then realised they was correct. That is literally the only thing I can fault, apart from that all good! Very good blinds and didn’t take long to install at all.
