1 Star is too generous. Blinds ordered from New Edge Blinds through The Range Marketplace. Customer service is diabolical. They send out cancelled orders. 6+ weeks later I am still trying to return the item and get my refund. They sent out blinds via DX but want it returning via Evri, despite it being too big, so it's been refused by Evri drop off and courier. No-one in customer service keeps in touch, they have my money so clearly don’t care or will take responsibility to get the blinds returned. The self adhesive bracket system doesn't stick so the blinds don't even stay up. Avoid at all costs unless you like throwing money away!

We ordered 4 wooden venetian blinds which arrived quickly and without any issues. Would definitely recommend and buy from here again.

Ordered a set of curtains 21/4 received wrong colour style and size. Ordered another set 9/5 received correct colour but still wrong style and size. Finally managed to get in contact with them and receive a return postage label that didn't work so posted at own expense 1 parcel containing both items on 14/5. Received refund for one but not the other.

The website is easy to navigate. Prices are great compared to other brands. My order, which included free delivery, was shipped quickly and arrived in 3 days. I also had a few questions about my purchase, which were promptly answered. A great experience overall and would definitely recommend.

When my simple cafe curtain rod arrived it had no fixtures within the packaging. I quickly checked that it wasn’t my mistake but it clearly stated they were included. I contacted newedge expecting a quick replacement of the missing parts. However, I felt like I wasn’t believed! I was asked for photos ( happy to oblige) then more emails back and forth asking me questions. This was a very cheap simple pole. If I was a criminal I would have ordered something expensive!! I haven’t heard from them now. My daughter has attached it using mug hooks. The only positive was quick replies to emails.

First on is up and in use. Easy to fit and use. Second one will be fitted tonight, will be looking at potentially purchasing another 2 after some work is completed on the house.

I found New Edge Blinds to be a very good company to buy my Roman blind track from. The mail order process was easy and I was pleased with the track when it arrived. I had cause to contact their Customer Services team several times as I had some queries about the size of track I needed and another matter about installation. They were first class and answered my emails very promptly and clearly with the information I requested. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

I ordered a170cm curtain track but received a 178cm instead so I'll have to cut it down but otherwise a good strong rail.

Placed an order through Tesco Marketplace place for curtain poles. the poles have arrived with the holes all drilled in the wrong places, flimsy and frankly too poor quality to install. We managed to contact New Edge Blinds via a direct email address as initially we got no response from their online contact form and later the company confirmed they hadn’t received anything from that. But once we were actually in touch, they dealt with our issue swiftly and refunded.

You pay for what you get. Service excellent, Postage quick, blind thin and creased. That's the only gripe I have and for the price I cannot complain really.
