The shirt did not fit. they gave us a very difficult time about returning it.
We paid forty three dollars, and at the end of the day they only gave us nine dollars back.Which we haven't received

I ordered item and it took two weeks to arrive. When received it was nothing like picture on internet.
Really disappointed wont order anything again.

What I’d ordered was nothing like what i received, thought i would be receiving a short sleeve knitted jumper but got a cheap knit printed t shirt, utter rubbish

A portion of the purchase price of the garments were advertised as going to a relief fund for the victims of the Texas Hill Country Floods of early July 2025. Mainly because of that promo I purchased U.S. American Flag decorated pants, shirt & cap on July 25, 2025 & received regular updates of the package shipping from Ireland to New York & across the U.S. with a final notice that the package was delivered & placed on my porch/at my front door on August 26, 2025. Unfortunately, we never received the package. The notification of delivery seemed strange as our house is fully fenced on 15 acres with a 1/4 mile driveway & a locked gate at the road & 5 guard dogs protecting the property. I attempted to contact the company regarding the shipment & was given 2 different tracking numbers & 3 different shipping companies who Newfaiths.com said had been the carrier. I went to the different shipping companys' website & none of the companies recognized the tracking numbers that Newfaiths.com had given me. I checked with the neighbors & no package had been delivered to them by mistake. Since I had paid using PayPal, I contacted them for their assistance & got no joy because Newfaiths.com still contended that the package had been delivered. I still have not received the items I ordered as far as I know, the victims of the Texas Hill Country Floods have not received the donations as advertised & I am out of pocket almost $100.00USD. Needless to say, I'm an unhappy camper. Obviously this company is nothing but a scam. They are not shipping from Ireland. They are based in Singapore & are only scamming.

They are scam. I thought was doing good to support flood victims in Texas. I ordered and paid for tshirt. Never got it. Contacted company they said it was delivered to my front porch. I checked security cameras at my home nothing was delivered. Then the company told me to check with post office. The post office said the tracking number I was given was not one of theirs. It is so frustrating. The company said they could not tell me what address it was delivered to. This is not professional. If they are a true company they would care more about customer service. Basically I was scammed. Do not order from this company. If that’s what it truly is.

I placed an order for a shirt through them. Number one it wasn't made in America came from Italy. Secondly the workmanship was really subpar. Wrinkles in the stitching in the neck line. For what I paid for this there's no way I wanna wear it. The company only will reimburse me two dollars they say there's nothing matter with the product. Don't waste your money ordering from this company. So much for their faith. They're not demonstrating it

Still waiting on order after month. Was . shipped from Spain. Not sure who or what these people are, but don't order from them.

I ordered a Texas Flood t-shirt in support of the victims of the tragedy on 7/14/2025 and paid for "expressed delivery". As of today, 7/24/2025 I have not received my order, in fact the status shows, expected delivery time, "UKNOWN". This company is a scam. They also over charged me via PayPal, my order was $31.31 and the charges showed up on my bank to be $39.14. I have been trying to cancel this order and demand a refund but they are giving me the run around. I just filed a complaint with my bank today and they are going to dispute the charges. This company is committing wire fraud, they are not legit, and like others on here, I've seen all of the complaints now, over a week after I ordered!! They need to be shut down.

I ordered 3 T shirts representing the children of Kerr county flooding and when I placed the order I went to look at my receipt and saw Chinese writing on it so I googled the company stating they were in Florida! When I looked up reviews I saw several people were scammed!

I'm giving one star because I can't give less.
I was very impressed with their clothing as presented in their online catalog. I thought they looked so cool and stylish that I wasn't sure if I wanted to order one for fear I was too old and chunky compared to their fit muscular models.
But when I finally ordered one, I was not the problem.
People can put their Temu jokes aside and start using newfaiths as the butt of many jokes.
The actual shirt I ordered looks like they took the shirt from the catalog, put it in a Xerox machine, and photocopied it onto another shirt in black and white.
It was supposed to have strings hanging down the front. Not only was it just a picture of strings, but one of them was even cut off at the bottom.
Words can't describe how horrible and cheesy this shirt is! I would be embarrassed just to wear it around the house in the evening in front of my family.

I NEVER received my merchandise! Customer service is a joke.

This company is a scam. The quality of the products is the worst, worse than the worst. They refused to make a return, although they initially stated that there is a return. For 3 months of emails there are no results, they are just playing games with you, considering you a fool.

This place is a scam outfit. They charged my card and months later I never received the shirt. I reached out to them MULTIPLE times and all they said was the post office said it was delivered. But it never was. AVOID Newfaith….they need some NEWFAITH.

If I could give a negative number, I would. These people are criminals and have NO problem stealing your money. DO NOT do business with them!

I never received my order and the post office said the tracking number is fraudulent. This company is s scam. I can't believe a Christian company would do this!

I recently ordered a white sweater from you and received a black one and it should have been white. I had already ordered a black one before I ordered the white one . Mario Owens

Not only does NewFaiths.com falsely advertise what they are selling, but they over-charge your credit card. Based on my own experience, along with online reviews, NewFaiths.com consistently charges customers more than the billed amount. In addition, not only do they not return the overcharges, but they refuse to refund your money for falsely advertised products. Even if you follow all of their posted return requirements, they refuse to refund your money. I think it is intentional that the company has no posted address or phone number; the only contact available is email. Based on my experience and correspondence, it is my opinion that this is a Chinese company taking advantage of, and targeting, people of faith.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order. Reached out to CS and they give me the run around. I assume that I will never receive my merch and the $90 is lost.
STAY AWAY!!

I ordered two items and only received one. I've been going back and forth for 2 months with no resolution. During the back and forth, I've received 3 different sets of tracking numbers with no information on delivery.

I asked for a refund and that hasn't been received either.

Do not spend a dime here. Horrible quality and will not accept returns or issue me a refund even though they said they issued me a partial refund. Money never showed and I get a message “staff is out of the office”. Liars and thieves
