This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with online ordering. I ordered gifts for all the men on my list for Christmas. Site said it would be delivered 2 days before Christmas! It’s January 28th! And updates says it was last scanned in.Colorado! I’m in Virginia! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible experience! I ordered in December and I still don’t have the product!

Ordered 2 shirts for Christmas presents mid-December. Arrived 2 wks after Christmas, supposedly from Denmark. One shirt was fine, the other (+$60) was 3 sizes too big and the front pocket lettering was supposed to state "Faith Can Move Mountains", instead it states "Aith N Move Mountains" . Contacted customer service via email and they said the order was correct, offered $12 refund and said shipping would be too expensive. I told them today I expect the price of the shirt. I'm awaiting a reply. Shoddy work and disreputable return policy.

I would give minus stars if I could. They send to the wrong address and now want to charge me for loss merchandise and extra shipping. They are a scam company. I can't even get back and view my original order. The want more money from me no matter what I want to do because of their mistake!! Not worth it at all!!

What a disappointment! The quality is just horrible. They aren't sweaters. The material is very cheap and stamped. I have waited so long and now sending back.

Nothing yet. I should have looked here first. I just saw made in the USA.

This company is a scam, do not buy from them. I’ve purchased gear over a
month ago and the times I’ve asked for tracking information, they’ve provided me different info. Has gone from China to Spain to NY and back. All fake!!

Do not buy from New Faiths. I ordered a sweater for my husband on December 2nd, 2024, for Christmas thinking it would have plenty of time to arrive. This is January 20,2025, and we still have not received it. I'm afraid I've been scammed. I thought I had purchased from an American company. But, tracking says it sat in Switzerland for 2 weeks. Then in customs for 2 weeks. Now it has been in Lafayette, Indiana since January 6. There has been little to no communication. I can't comment on the quality of my product since we've not received it. Very disappointing for a company hiding under a Christian umbrella.

Horrible company. Clothing not true to size and when you want to exchange for larger size, they charge you astronomical shipping to send product to China or give you $4 for your shirt you can’t wear. Once you disagree with their process, they remove themselves from your Facebook so you can’t comment. This just in, make in the US and actually have the behavior that your product supposedly promotes. Horrible company.

Less than a one star got tracking from Ireland keep updating like it was shipped. When it got to the us they stated it got delivered. Then provided me with a different tracking that came from china . Total scam the tracking they gave me was just a scam . Asked for a refund then they quit responding.

This order was a nightmare! It took forever to get here, over a month and the item didn't look ANYTHING like the item I ordered. I will never buy anything from this company again. I definitely DON'T recommend buying anything from them again. When I asked for a refund they continued to say it was what I ordered. I keep asking for a refund and they keep avoiding answering how I get one. Worst experience for online ordering.

Took 7 weeks to receive my package. Very poor quality.....very disappointed.....would not recommend!

Same story as everyone else. The items took 6 weeks to be delivered. The are awful quality. I can't believe i feel for this one. Terrible people.

Ordered Dec. 7th for Christmas and items still aren't here. Just now reading the reviews because after several email attempts to find out why tracking isn't updating past customs in the US with no real helpful response I was feeling scammed. There are tons of reviews regarding the exact same thing even just this week alone. After reading I'm not going to receive what I thought I ordered in beyond disappointed and sounds like I wont even be able to give the gift its that bad. Do not order from this site.

Took 9 weeks and two emails to get the sweatshirt I ordered as a Christmas gift. Everyone on here is right. It’s a poor screen print on thin, cheap material of what they advertise on the website. And the screen print is even blurry. Shipping says it comes from overseas (seems like all the shipping updates are also fake) but the return address comes from a house in Grapevine, TX. I feel scammed and very disappointed.

Terrible company with cheap products! Ordered in November and item took more than a month to arrive, missing Christmas completely. When it did arrive it looked nothing like the image. It was cheap looking, shiny and nowhere near the shade of blue in the image. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.

Don't believe the "reviews" on their website which are all fake.

Paid for expedited shipping for Christmas. The delivery date was 22Dec24, still have not received the item as of 09Jan25. I emailed for a refund in the shipping and they keep saying it’s in the way so they can refund me. It’s become clear they do not understand English and can’t separate refunding me the shipping and not the entire order. As of 09Jan25 the tracking hasn’t moved in three days either.

If only I could find the products they are using to advertise their knock off clothing! These shirts come as prints of other shirts. The sweater look is a print. It isn't an actual sweater. The elbow pads are just prints of elbow pads. So deeply disappointed that I waited this long and am now embarrassed to give this expensive gift that looks like it came from the back of a suspicious van.

I ordered a shirt from this company on December 11th, it said it would be here before Christmas. It is now January 9th and I still do not have my shirt! They have the worst shipping ever!. People have commented that this is a China company but my shirt is coming from Spain. It was in Spain for 2 weeks! Now supposedly it's stuck in Kentucky according to the tracking. It is been in Kentucky for two full days and the shipping company isn't listed but it isn't a normal shipping I don't know what they use. I cannot even comment on the shirt itself because I haven't gotten it yet! It would have been different if it didn't say that it would be delivered before Christmas. I am not a happy camper!
