Hi Elisha, I believe, its little too early. we have dispatched parcel on 5th April since we have received your order on 4th after 4pm and its 3-5 working days delivery method. Due to Easter holiday, 13th Apr will be the lasted day to receive order. So Please allow up to 5 working days. We sure, you will be received by then. if not, please contact us we are happy to look into it.
Beating the competition
Been using them for a while, they are currently providing the cheapest rates in the market.

Never received parcel
Never received parcel, yodel say delivered to safe place, no safe place given. First purchase from newpack no good will or customer care offered or given. Will not use again. In the end PayPal paid up. Service not good. Yodel commented left in safe place as instructed, no one instructed them to do so. And basically newpackaging just said that's it. It would have been 50% better if a goodwill of half the order was dispatched at least.

Apologies for this incident. But, We glad that none of us loose any money as PayPal believe as seller we have done our part i.e. parcel has been dispatched and delivered. You know that, We have raised case for you to Yodel instantly, done follow ups and replied you with the proof of delivery. It's really unfortunate that parcel has been stolen after delivery. We always instruct Yodel to not encourage 'Safe Place' delivery practice. But I am sure you may agree with us that we don't have any direct control over Yodel drivers. Once it's dispatched, It's entirely up to delivery person. Hope you understand we have helped you as much as possible at seller level.
