Good Product, shocking Yodel Delivery
Product good but delivery shocking. Yodel left at my front door and I live on a busy road so anyone could have picked it up. I had requested to be delivered to a neighbour but this was not done.

Lovely customer based company, placed the order and received it 2 days later. I was actually called the next morning as well.

accidently lost my order and forgot…
accidently lost my order and forgot being delivered, they were great with me and supportive and helpful throughout it all although ended up being my mistake 🤣 my thanks to all the support team they even called me to try help me out the woman at the end of the phone was lovely and very helpful, overall incredible customer support team - also I love the packadging thanks very much

Very helpful and efficient people. When my order arrived, I realised the packaging bag I order was too big, I immediately messaged them and they offered a refund and helped me to choose the right size for what I need it for. The Lady I chatted with was very helpful and quick to respond to my message. They received my returns and refunded the money. Wonderful service and quality packaging.
