I only wanted to do the finance for 415…

I only wanted to do the finance for 415 and it said I couldnt have it.
I get a good wage each month
I wouldnt be using that again to try.
I've had no email to say why I got rejected as it says I would here in 24 hours and that was 4 days ago.
So I am not going to bother again at all

Was very helpful now pointless

My previous frequent use of NewPay ceased due to their discontinuation of Zazzi integration. I found their alternative solution inadequate and believe their previous Zazzi integration offered a cost-effective and user-friendly experience for collectors like myself. Despite months of anticipation for its return, I'm compelled to cancel my NewPay account due to its current lack of utility. While I'm disappointed, I anticipate a generic response that fails to address my concerns.

Used to use it on look fantastic

Used to use it on look fantastic , my bag and allsole and they have been taken off for shops no one uses I’ve deleted my account as it’s pointless won’t ever use disappointing

Great interest free account

Great offer of 6months interest free. used couple of times for purchase. Definitely worth having the account for purchase to benefit of interest free option without a credit card.

Was fab now no good

Loved this platform until they stopped been able to use on look fantastic ,mybag and the hut group.the places left to use this payment are absolutely no use so won't be using again unless better places are added.

Flexible Finance

I have been wanting a akai one since it was launched but could not save up for it as I kept saving for it and bills would eat my saving what little I had of them so found a company that sold them and done finance but half of them the interest rates where extortionate. Then found a store that has a newpay option with flexible terms so as long as I the minimum I'm OK but the more I pay the sooner it's paid for plus the interest will be less plus I have upto three years to pay for it but will be paying for it in less than a year. So to have this financial flexibility is great because as long as I at least the minimum which is manageable I not stuck with a big debt.

Poor service

I bought 3 lots of separate account items.
Because I overpaid before a certain date which I was not aware of the payment was only taken off one account. Newpay then cancelled the other two accounts as they said I was behind even though I had overpaid. I spoke to two customer service representatives who assures me this had been corrected but it has not. Will not be using this service again.

Use to love using new pay mainly for my bag , look fantasic and all sole but now only have really random retailers which is mega dissapointing so wont be using really anymore

Hardly any retailers anymore & misleading statements

Hardly any retailers anymore. Also the way they do statements/balance updates is confusing. They only list transactions on 'plans' with details, anything else is just a balance to be paid and they cannot give you information on which retailer they relate to, how much you have paid etc, I queried an amount that I couldn't find on a statement and they basically said check for yourself, despite me saying the amount didn't match you with anything on my statements. It's not clear that DD's prioritise plans, therefore not clear about the interest being charged. The transactions that are 'off plan' are not itemised and I feel this could be very misleading for people who use this service. I asked about a late payment fee, I was told it was sort of paid but sort of not because of his the system works. I used to use this a lot but once my balance is paid I'll be deleting my account as this all seems irresponsible and not helpful for the customers.
